travel the caribbean antigua and barbuda antigua around the island
We drove around some of the island of Antigua including Shirley Heights, Nelson's Dockyard, Darkwood Beach and the well known Fig Tree Road along the west shore.
Driving is British style with right hand drive, the city street are crowded with heavy traffic, and the roads are narrow and filled with deadly pot holes and speed bumps.
Still, it can be an enjoyable adventure to get away from other tourists for a while and see some of the "real" lifestyle of the locals.
